fuel-agent software package provides fuel image based provisioning agent, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fuel-agent
fuel-agent is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fuel-agent package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fuel-agent *
You will get with fuel-agent package name, version, architecture and description in a table
